Pavilion Way.  Palm Springs\, CA. 92262\n$20 suggestion donation (no one will be turned away for lack of funds) \nEvent Schedule\n11:00am. to 12:00pm. Set Up\n12:00pm. to 1:00pm. Lunch\n1:00pm. to 1:30pm. Clean Up Lunch/Set Up Meeting\n1:30pm. to 2:30pm. Meeting\n2:30pm. to 2:45pm. Set Up For Show\n2:45pm. to 3:30pm. Show\n3:30pm. to 4:00pm. Clean Up \nWe could still use more help in planning the event.  In addition we still need volunteers on the day of the event to help set up\, break down\, food service\, and clean up.  If you are interested in being of service and willing to help\, please contact Events Chair Lenny R.
