1:00pm. to 1:30pm. Clean Up Lunch/Set Up Meeting
1:30pm. to 2:30pm. Meeting
2:30pm. to 2:45pm. Set Up For Show
2:45pm. to 3:30pm. Show
3:30pm. to 4:00pm. Clean Up

We could still use more help in planning the event.  In addition we still need volunteers on the day of the event to help set up, break down, food service, and clean up.  If you are interested in being of service and willing to help, please contact Events Chair Lenny R. ([email protected])

We are also looking for singers, dancers, drag performers, comedians and entertainers of all varieties. Anyone interested in participating in the entertainment portion of PS Unity Oasis, or know someone who is, please contact Entertainment contact person Rory S. (323) 440-2280.

***The Palm Springs Unity Oasis planning committee meetings are held every Thursday night until February 22, 2024 from 8:00pm. to 9:15pm. on Zoom. Please join us if you are interested in being of service. All are welcomed. Also, if you know someone who would also be interested in joining the planning committee or volunteering in any way, please send them an invite. Or forward their contact information-name, phone number, and email address so we are able to add them to our contact list for information distribution.
