Our mission is to foster a culture within the Greater Los Angeles District, where Diversity, Equity & Inclusion are celebrated. The purpose is to serve as an advisory committee to the local CMA fellowship, creating a safe space for the recovering addict while encouraging mindfulness towards DEI-related issues, to facilitate discussion plus offer guidance on ways to welcome and embrace all who walk through our doors with respect, regardless of age, race, physical appearance, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, background, or disability.
“If you or someone you know faces challenges attending meetings or engaging in the Fellowship, the Diversity Equity and Inclusion Committee (DEI) needs your input!
Please help us by scanning the QR code and completing this brief poll for yourself, or on behalf of someone you know who wants better access to CMA Los Angeles.”
Seat Savers
We are aiming to assist individuals with disabilities or health conditions in enhancing their recovery experience. Our seat savers are designed to provide comfort and convenience for those who require preferred seating at meetings. Whether it’s for better hearing, flexibility to move around, or easy access in and out of meetings, our seat savers have got you covered. Feel free to download and utilize them at your convenience. For optimal use, we suggest printing them at 4×5 size and laminating them for long-term durability. Let’s make meetings more comfortable and accessible for everyone!
